How it works
Show us last winter
Send your website, the towns you cover and a rough picture of last heating season: how many furnaces you installed, when the phones went quiet and when they rang off the hook.
Take the free 7-day review
We check your website speed, your map listing and your visibility for furnace searches, compare you with the companies that show up first in your area, and look at how your after-hours calls are handled. No credit card.
Agree a season plan
You get a month-by-month plan with a budget, the cold-weather triggers we would act on and the cost per installed furnace we would track. Call, text or email; you'll talk to a senior strategist.

Season planning and job tracking
A furnace-season calendar, budget pacing and a simple job log that shows what each installed furnace cost you to win.
Furnace work is seasonal in a way few trades are. Most of the year's replacement decisions get made in a few cold weeks, often at night, often by someone standing in a chilly basement with a phone. Furnace.Marketing exists to make sure that person finds your company, reaches a human and books the visit. We market. You install.
The furnace year is short, so the plan has to be early
When demand arrives, it arrives all at once: the first hard frost turns a quiet October into a week of no-heat calls and replacement quotes. A company that starts marketing on that day is too late for anything except expensive clicks.
Here is how we divide the heating year with clients:
- Late summer: build. Replacement pages, financing explanations, map listing cleanup and review requests from last season's customers.
- Early fall: warm up. Tune-up and "is your furnace ready?" campaigns that fill the schedule and surface old units worth replacing.
- First cold weeks: capture. Emergency ads by hour, a staffed phone plan and replacement campaigns at full budget.
- Deep winter: convert. Follow up every repair call on an old unit with a written replacement option.
- Spring: review. Count installed furnaces by source, decide what to keep, and plan the off-season.
The season planning service turns this outline into your calendar, and the cold-snap playbook explains what to do in the 72 hours before a forecast deep freeze.
What one missed no-heat call really costs
A missed emergency call costs far more than the repair it would have produced, because a fair share of no-heat calls on older furnaces end in replacement.
Try this illustrative example with your own figures:
| Item | Example |
|---|---|
| No-heat calls in a cold December | 120 |
| Calls that ring out or hit voicemail after hours | 20% (24 calls) |
| Share of answered no-heat calls that become a replacement | 15% |
| Replacements lost (24 × 15%) | about 3.6 |
| Gross margin per replacement | $2,500 |
| Margin lost in one month | about $9,000 |
Those callers rarely leave a message. They dial the next company on the map. Our no-heat call capture work starts with call tracking that shows exactly how many calls you miss by hour, which usually ends the debate about after-hours coverage.
Financing: say it clearly or don't say it
Many homeowners can afford a furnace only on monthly payments, so financing messages matter. They also carry legal risk when they are vague or misleading.
We help furnace companies promote financing they already offer through a licensed lender. We are not a lender or broker, we don't arrange or approve loans, and we never publish rates. What we do is make the offer easy to find and easy to understand: a dedicated page, the lender's approved wording, the conditions in plain view and ads that match the page. Our financing offer marketing page and the guide to advertising furnace financing honestly explain how.
This winter has a new question in it
On 8 October 2026 the federal government announced a National Heat Pump Rebate Program for cold-climate air-source heat pumps, with launch expected in 2027. As of October 2026 it is not open and its administrator has not been named.
Some homeowners with a failing furnace will now ask whether they should wait. Furnace companies that answer that question honestly, on a page of their own, will earn trust that silence won't. We help clients publish that answer: what is announced, what isn't open yet, and what a no-heat emergency in January means for anyone thinking of waiting. Tell readers to confirm details with the program once it opens.
Proof from our HVAC work
Our method comes from heating and HVAC sites that are live today:
- HVACDeal.ca produced 500+ leads at a 12:1 ROI.
- BCWide.ca tripled its leads, 3× in 90 days.
- CanroHeat.ca grew leads by 250%.
The results page explains what each one shows and what carries over to a furnace company's season.
Canada is several furnace markets
The fuel mix changes the whole pitch. Statistics Canada reports that in 2023 roughly three in four households in Alberta and Saskatchewan heated mainly with natural gas, while 70% of Quebec households relied on electricity. A gas-furnace replacement campaign that works in Regina needs a very different message in Gatineau or Corner Brook. The areas hub covers every province and territory.
Who runs this
Furnace.Marketing belongs to the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies. The group is Canadian, its head office is in Vancouver, BC, and Ali Sedighi, MBA, runs it. Ali has 17+ years of digital marketing experience, starting in 2007, and has built 150+ live HVAC websites. We work alongside HVAC.Agency, our parent brand.
To be clear about our role: this is a marketing and consulting service, not a heating contractor. We don't install, repair or service furnaces, and we never compete with clients for jobs. Read more about us, see the pricing, or check the FAQ before you get in touch.
Frequently asked questions
What is Furnace.Marketing?
Furnace.Marketing is a Canadian digital marketing and business consulting service for companies that sell and install furnaces. Ali Sedighi, MBA, leads it from Vancouver, BC, as one of the brands in the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group. We are not an HVAC contractor and never install or repair a furnace.
Why plan furnace marketing months ahead?
Because the rankings, reviews and landing pages that win the November rush take weeks to build, and a cold snap leaves no time to start. Companies that prepare in late summer can spend on ads when demand arrives instead of scrambling to set them up.
Do you arrange financing for our customers?
No. We are not a lender or broker. If you already offer customer financing through a licensed lender, we help you explain and promote it clearly, using the lender's approved wording, without publishing rates or promising approvals.
How much does it cost?
Managed plans start at $2,998 a month and websites at $3,500 one-time, in Canadian dollars. Canadian clients add GST/HST based on your province (GST and QST in Quebec), and every engagement can start with a free 7-day trial and no lock-in.
Can you promise a number of furnace jobs this winter?
No. Weather, competition and your own close rate all move the result, and nobody honest can promise lead counts or rankings. We set targets with you and report against them every month.
Do you work outside British Columbia?
Yes. We work from Vancouver with furnace companies across Canada, and each region page explains the heating-fuel mix, programs and regulators that shape furnace demand there.
